Refund Policy

In general, refunds are not issued after a class has been purchased, whether it has been started or not. Registration codes purchased from a gun store or range are not refundable through bronzestaracademy.com. Purchases made through bronzestaracademy.com are not refundable. If there are technical problems that prevent you from being able to complete the online course, a refund may be given.

Refunds will not be issued as a result of permitless carry (Texas HB 1927) passing in Texas. The Texas LTC class is still valid and extremely beneficial to obtain.

If you fail the course, you will be given the opportunity to take it again in order to successfully complete it.

Access to the Online Texas LTC Class expires 6 months after purchase. Access to the LTC Refresher class expires 30 days after purchase.

Access to the Online Texas PSB courses expire 30 after purchase. If more time is need to complete the course please contact us.
